Stock Market Regulations

1. The market is open for trading 24/7. The daily share price is updated at approximately 8:00 AM ET.
2. All Sell orders to the guild incur a 5% transaction fee unless Restricted Trading Status applies.
3. Restricted Trading Status applies for 5 days after stock is purchased and applies as outlined below.
4. Restricted Trading Definitions:
   • Red for the first 2 days after purchase () = 40% fee
   • Yellow for days 3–5 after purchase () = 20% fee
5. Earnings reports are released with dividend & interest disbursements on the last day of each month.
6. Buying, holding & selling shares is only open to guild members.
7. Shares may be sold to the guild at the current share price, or traded peer-to-peer with other shareholders on the Advanced Trading Exchange in the Stock Terminal.

How to Trade Stock

• Stock Terminal: Create an account with the Insider Trading Stock Terminal. This opens a brokerage account and allows guild members to trade stock with gold in their brokerage account.
  • To deposit gold to your brokerage account, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Brokerage Deposit" and attach the appropriate amount of gold.
  • To withdraw gold from your brokerage account, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Brokerage Withdrawal" and specify how much gold you are withdrawing.
• All share purchases and sales will have a receipt returned with the transaction details.
