Stock Market Regulations

1. Share prices update once per day at approximately 8:00 AM ET upon market open.
2. The market closes at 10:00 PM ET - any orders received after this time will be processed effective the next market day.
3. All Sell orders incur a 5% transaction fee unless a Restricted Trading Status is applied.
4. Restricted Trading Status is applied for 10 days after stock is purchased and applies as outlined below.
5. Restricted Trading Definitions:
   • Red for first 5 days after purchase () = 40% fee
   • Yellow for next 5 days after purchase () = 20% fee
6. Guild earnings reports are released along with dividend disbursements on the last day of each month.
7. Buying, holding & selling shares is only open to guild members.
8. Shares may only be sold back to the guild for the current share price.

How to Trade Stock

• Stock Terminal (Preferred Method): Create an account with the Insider Trading Stock Terminal. This opens a brokerage account and allows guild members to trade stock with gold in their brokerage account.
  • To deposit gold to your brokerage account, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Brokerage Deposit" and attach the appropriate amount of gold.
  • To withdraw gold from your brokerage account, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Brokerage Withdrawal" and specify how much gold you are withdrawing.
• Manual In-Game Mail (Alternative Method): To buy shares, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Buy Shares" and the number of shares you would like to buy. Attach the appropriate amount of gold. To sell shares, send in-game mail to Fergie-Lightning's Blade with the subject "Sell Shares" and the number of shares you would like to sell. Note: This method has a lower processing priority than trades made via the Stock Terminal.
